A: We currently ship only within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
A: We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 2-5 business days after processing, though delivery times may vary based on product availability and your location.
A: Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or increased holiday volume. We will notify you promptly if any delays arise.
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for all orders. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please provide photo or video evidence to support your claim. Once approved, we will issue a refund within 3 business days via your original payment method. If the issue occurs after the 30-day period, please refer to our warranty policy for repair or replacement options.
A: If a return is due to SEMENERG’s error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. If the return is due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
A: Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@semenerg.com to request cancellation. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item, and we will process your refund accordingly.
A: SEMENERG provides a 5-year warranty on our LiFePO4 batteries and a 2-year warranty on chargers against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, environmental factors, or unauthorized modifications.
